Yes, he is, its a spot that could be used for Watkins or any other healthy receiver on the team. Say Hurd comes back healthy for TC, bet money that he'll earn more snaps than a rookie. Then it'll go to waste if he's not playing or making it to 5 weeks in the season.

Nah it's silly to cut cord on a guy for two unrelated injuries when he's just one of 90 players when healthy and doesn't count as a roster spot when he's on IR. The hardline hate is so silly to me.
I agree move on if doesn't pan out this year but it's idiotic to give up on a guy after he's rehabbed and ready to contribute. This is make it or break it year. You're acting like he got a Dee Ford or McKinnon contract.
