Trent Williams gets 4yrs at 96 with 58 million guaranteed. 1st yr cap hit of 13.5 million.

Jason Verrett gets 3yrs 24 million but has incentives protecting team from long term injuries the second and third year. 12 million guaranteed and 5 Million cap hit first year.

DJ Jones gets a 3yr 11 million dollar deal. 2.5 million cap hit. 8 million guaranteed.

Witherspoon gets the mid-level exception. Salary will count for 1 million cap hit but gets for 2.75million for the year.

This is a total of 24 million of cap space.

Free Agents:
Niners sign C Lindsay 4yrs 44 million. 26 million guaranteed. 6 million cap hit.

Niners trade Jimmy G and 3 1st rd picks, (1) 2nd rd pick to Houston in 2022 to Houston for Watson. It creates an additional 15 million in Cap space.

Sign a pash rusher. Lawson would be my first choice. 4yrs 64 million 38 million guaranteed.
10 million cap hit.

Dream. Deshaun Watson trade goes through with out trading our all pros they can have armstead or jimmie ward.

Realisticly trent williams, alex mack, corey davis, what ever good corner we can get and whoever else they want for depth then knock thr draft out and reload our roster with talent. But i want Corey Davis as Bournes replacement.
