You left out injury prone, no winning record, has thrown more INT's than Jimmy G.. I'm good, might as well just stick with Rosen.

He didn't report any of this as things he's hearing. He simply thinks KS would make Darnold a much better qb.

He said it's a rumor he heard...whatever that means.

Whatever with Sam, but stop acting like he was put in any position to be successful in NJ.

You think Jimmy would have a winning record with that roster and Adam Gase as his HC? Not a f**king chance in hell.

I could see him having a Tannehill like revival with a new coaching staff and team...whether here or somewhere else, the talent is there.

I guarantee you Jimmy G. would be better than Darnold in NYJ. At least Jimmy G has proven he can taken a team who was 5-11 the past year to the Super Bowl. Argue that all you like, but you don't see Mullens or Beathard taking this team to the Super Bowl any time soon do you!!!

That's Cowherd's wet dream. He's the biggest Darnold homer in the media right now.

I noticed a couple members in the Garoppolo thread posting about going with whoever can get you 12 wins, which we know Jimmy can do.

I tend to agree with that position.

If you're going to wipe the slate clean, I can't imagine doing it with Darnold.

Well said. And I'd probably say this about all the veterans in the NFL too. That's why I hope they just draft a QB in the 1st.

Jimmy hasn't proved he can do it again

Of course, very true.

But is that a reason to go all-in on Darnold?

If I was to hedge my bets, I'd go with Jimmy over Darnold.

i would too, but the talk of his replacement should win this amount of games is ridiculous.

It took JG 3 years to win that many games

PS: Darnold sucks !

But Jimmie just wins! MUH WINNING RECORD! JIMMIE IS A WEENER!!! FEELS GOOD BABBY!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think I said this in another thread but he needs to sit for a while if we bring him in. He sounds confident in pressers but that is about it imo.

I really think he would be an upgrade if the team can polish him up some. He is great thrower on underneath stuff- which Kyle will love- but he seems reluctant to throw the ball down the field. His good games are for like 200 yrds on 30 attempts with 2 tds. Which isn't all that. And he misses reads or panicks at times.

But he has a live arm and if Kyle can reduce him miss reads- or just flat out tell him who to thow to at times- while scheming up some deep balls for him we would be in business. If if if...
If you think mullens likes to turn it over, wait until you watch darnold
