What would it take to get him? Dude is 37

A second round pick and maybe a fourth is what I would offer.

If you're going to offer that I wouldn't even make the call in the 1st place lol

Mike Wilbon on PTI today just said San Francisco won't be available for Stafford b/c Aaron Rodgers will be traded to SF.....

They would have to have a trade in place before the draft and not be able to make the trade official until June 2 for cap ramifications in GB.

Rogers would be pretty wild BUT how many yrs does he have? He's not like Brady who's all about defining the odds and keeping his body/mind at 100%

How many 1sts is that worth? Dude could just hang them up in a yr if s**t doesn't go his way after a yr.

TBH I think what Rodgers did was an idle threat rather than an "I want out" move.

It's certainly taken some attention away from the Packers failure to reach the SB yet again.

If he can scare the FO into doing things more his way it will be a smart move for him.

He's been talking like this for a little while though. There's comments throughout the yr as well. All while getting the #1 seed and beating everyone.

Yeah and it's always felt like posturing/deflecting. I just don't see anything coming from it.

I just don't see how we afford him. His cap hit is somewhere around $37m from what I read.

No way in hell do the Packers let Rodgers walk.

Also no way in hell do they ever trade him here
Rodgers can tell them I will retire or trade me to the 49ers and get well compensated for my 38-year-old services.

What do the Packers do? "Ok, retire"..It would be a hard pill to swallow but if they can get (2) 1st rounders from the 49ers for him, why not do it as opposed to losing him for nothing.

They drafted a QB in the first round to replace Rodgers. They played their hand. Now Rodgers won the MVP and is playing his.

Love is not ready yet. They'd be in a tough spot if Rodgers was to leave.

If traded he has 73mil over his next 3 years.

May want his contract redone, but at the moment that's what it is.

It would be more costly to land Rodgers than Stafford. I'm sure AR12 would be right around what Watson would cost. Not as much obviously as I'm sure the Texans will get a team to cave into something silly.
But Rodgers would be $$$$$

Yeah Rodgers with this offense would be almost unstoppable

One more reason that the Packers will never trade him to us and watch us march into the superbowl the next 3 years.

But they have the same offense.
