Mid season trade targets this year

We don't need a WR anymore. Samuels, Aiyuk, Sanu, and Bourne are all we need period. If those guys are healthy then that's more than enough to get the job done against any team. Throw in healthy Kittle and Reed plus our backs then there is simply not enough balls to be thrown around to anybody else. We don't have the specialty guy with burner speed like Hill or Godwin but that's really not the necessary tool that fits our QBs.

you would be taking time away from a WR that knows the system. Plus we can't afford the cap hit. KB is thriving. Aiyuk is just getting going and Deebo is almost back. Would be a dumb move in my mind.

Well hopefully our needs have shifted away from wide receiver, however, if DJ Moore continues to struggle, he will be a target I add to my list because I feel he would thrive in our system.
If that is the case, I feel the need has shifted toward Edge Rusher and Cornerbacks. Need to look up who is in the last year of their contract that might be on a team that they won't resign with. I don't know of anyone that meets those requirements yet, but I will be keeping an eye out.
Will also be paying attention to interior offensive lineman that may be in need of a change in scenery.
I don't really think we will be in the market this year for anyone, but it is fun to speculate.
What if we traded Jimmy G & Mullens becomes the franchise quarterback? Think Chicago would want him?! Traded Jimmy should allow us to take on another player with a higher salary. Khalil Mack for Jimmy G maybe? Maybe the Steelers would be willing to trade Bud Dupree if Ben goes down again and they are in the middle of a playoff run? Xavier Rhodes of the Colts since Rivers seems to have run out of gas? Desmond King of the Chargers? IDK, just spit balling ideas to try and stir up some interesting ideas.

You're just talking nonsense the moment you mentioned trading JimmyOriginally posted by NTeply49:Well hopefully our needs have shifted away from wide receiver, however, if DJ Moore continues to struggle, he will be a target I add to my list because I feel he would thrive in our system.

Second tier CB would be nice with injuries to Witherspoon and Mosley.

I still really like the idea of going after Ryan Kerrigan. Good pass rusher with a non stop motor.

Kerrigan is so underrated man. Probably will be the quietest 100 career sacks in nfl history.

Question is would Washington trade him with the loss of Chase Young?? I'd say chances are slim to none unless you throw in a high pick.
