Rodgers going down the Drew Brees route, got his ring and takes as much as he can at the expense of his team's depth.
Brady was different, never taking top dollar and his teams thrived because of it.

$8 Million a year for a TE that has less 500 yards with 3 TD's in 31 games the last 2 seasons? He has 900 yards with 9 TD's in 41 career games. Plus they just traded for Noah Fant. So they are paying their backup TE $8 Million per.
