Josh Norman must now find a new NFL home for the 2020 season. The former Pro Bowl cornerback is coming off of yet another disappointing season with the Washington Redskins, and the organization has seen enough to know they want to move on. With the hiring of Ron Rivera as head coach and the decision to jettison Bruce Allen, the waves of change have now pushed Norman out of the door as well.
There will be no reunion with his former Carolina Panthers head coach, with the Redskins reportedly opting to release him, per Mike Garofolo of NFL Network, making him a free agent this offseason.

Another big money contract blows up in Dan Snyder's face. They were going to be on the hook for like 12M if they kept him and I think he barely played over the back half of the season.

Dude is 32 and well past his prime. His days as a premier corner were over before last year, in my opinion.

They released Paul Richardson too. I wouldn't mind kicking the tires on that one. Dude hasn't been able to stay healthy but he's got deep ball speed.

I wud kick tires on both. Let Spoon and Mosely sit and learn a year behind Norman and Sherman. The when these 2 guys leave after 2020, Mo' and Spoon wud be more than ready.

When the coach you've had the most success under passes on you, it's time to face facts.

So we should want PFF's 12th worst CB who's gonna command much more than he's worth which is the vet minimum?
