Why would KC do that? Is Frank Clark that much better than Dee Ford??

People saying, I told you so, over this scumbag?

His talent was never questioned. His character was the issue. Seattle took a gamble and won. They sold high and bailed on this hothead.

KC has shown that character isn't a consideration with their franchise. That's fine with me, but it's obviously a big factor when drafting and explains why he fell back. Maybe this deal will work for KC and maybe it won't.

I'm just glad he's gone.

But you have to admit, he beat up our Tackles pretty good last few games... Glad he gone too, but I knew SOMEBODY would pay for him.

Chiefs fans are so triggered right now.

You were not kidding! They pretty much hate the trade.

I would too!! Seattle gouged the sh!t outta KC LOL. And we got Ford for a 2nd

Number 30 this year and most likely number 60 or so next year???? I would take frank clark at 21 mil per year over the number 30 pick this year and number 50-60 pick next year without a doubt. Wouldn't you?

Nope. His off the field antics is too much for me to give away that picks and amount of money. Can't deny him on the field though, kids a beast
Glad we don't have to face him twice a year anymore.
Everyone deserves a second chance.. We were all young. Some made bigger mistakes than others.

Obviously he straightened out? Don't know much about it but I do know Chiefs feel comfortable giving him the 💰

So he is doing something right..

Wtf. They didnt want to pay houston and traded ford for a measly 2nd round pick. Then they trade a fortune for clark and pay him 105 million? Man, that is such a retarded ass move.

It's like they sold low on Ford and paid high for Clark just because hes a slightly better scheme fit. I think Seattle may have raped them harder than us tbh.

A bit uncomfortable with the fact that the Chiefs felt Ford was expendable only to give up the mother load for Clark.

Said the exact same thing in the Dee Ford thread. Very concerning to me.

Nope.

When they let Ford go there was no case against Hill. Ford was released so they could pay Hill and then after the story broke about him allegedly hitting his child they no longer need to.
Holy overpay. Our trade for Ford looks like an absolute steal now

D Ford in 5 seasons.
137 tackles, 30.5 sacks, 9 forced fumbles

Clark in 4 seasons.
137 tackles, 35 sacks, 9 forced fumbles, 2 fumble recoveries, 1 int

Basically the same player. Trade one guy away to get another guy and give up a first round pick?
weird

IMO something is up behind the scenes as to why KC didn't want to pay D Ford.

Only thing that jumps out at me looking at D Fords bio is a possible chronic back issue? He did not participate in the nfl combine due to a back injury.
2015 He missed Weeks 11-12 after suffering a back injury. 2017 He was unable to play in Weeks 4-5 after sustaining a back injury.

Very strange.

Could also be that it was pushed by the owner because of the offsides penalty?

Well I know it wasn't me cause I didn't even know about Frank Clark before the draft lol

We know it's not you Waterbear. We know who they are.

The stupidest mistake this franchise did, was let Jim Harbaugh go for the all Acl Crew. He recruits and coaches up players.. This is a reflection on his coaching. Bet he is proud of him.

I wonder what Trent Baalke thinks about this?

yeah we know who dey are, and we know they don't have balls !, lol

Yup! They all had a good line of s**t back then. No where to be found now. Bwahahaha

What are you two even talking about?
