True!, most 3rd. stringers, and/or backups for that matter usually get all the coaching. Star QB's are more often born dat way. Jeff Garcia, Trent Dilfer, Alex Smith and a few other starters wud be excellent choices too

i am not sure about garcia being a good coach. he sure did used to beg alot to come back to our team. that was a huge error. to let him go and give the keys to alex. should have kept garcia for two more years and let alex learn..
