Jalen Hurd-IR-Baylor is waived

What keeps me hopeful is that he was pretty damned durable in college. He played in 47 games (33 as an SEC running back) and only missed part of 2016 after his falling out with the Tennessee staff. Other than that he didn't miss a college game over four seasons.

So when does that go away? AA's first couple yrs he was a walking injury, now he's always playing...

Goes away when you put a healthy year together. Or at least play a game in the NFL.

Man I know it will never happen but getting Deebo/Hurd/Ayiuk/Sermon on the field at the same time Holy RAC

Why can't this happen? Also, add in the threat of Lance. Dude is even bigger than Sermon, has a legit 65 yd hose, and runs like a gazelle. Talk about a DC's nightmare.

Because the chances of all those dudes being healthy at the same time....isn't great (Kittle as well). I would love for that to be the case, gotta see it to believe it though.

Hopefully game 1 at least

Exactly, it's just unfortunate he suffered season ending injuries back to back. It's not like he plays gets soft tissue injuries misses a few weeks and repeat. My only concern is that the back doesn't flare up again or he loses skill due to it, the acl isn't a concern.

Yeah, hopefully the extra year (off) gave his back extra time to fully heal too.

My biggest concern about him isn't whether or not he is injury prone but whether or not he refuses to play less than 100%. I mean, he switched from RB to WR in college for a reason.

Joe Montana too.
I like to be a glass half full guy and going to say that his ACL injury will be a blessing because it gave him an extra year off to heal the previous back injury.
