Exactly... dude transitioned to WR so he could extend his career, if his back is good then he'll play, its not like he's set for life with his rookie contract... he wants to play and get that all important FA contract when his rookie deal is done.

Why can't this happen? Also, add in the threat of Lance. Dude is even bigger than Sermon, has a legit 65 yd hose, and runs like a gazelle. Talk about a DC's nightmare.

I don't have the link because it was on facebook and you know how their refresh works...but Lynch clearly indicating Hurd is healthy and they expect him to be this years WR draft pick in essence. File that under believe it when I see it. Kid has all the measurables but is either too fragile to be in the pros or the most snake bit dude ever.
