Forgive if a thread has already been started in him ( I couldn't find one) It's becoming more and more possible and talked about that Quinn may be released by the Rams. If this happen, I think he should be one of our top targets in FA. He would be the best pass rusher on the open market and would be an absolutely perfect fit at The LEO position. He would make our D-Line complete and I think he could be a 12-15 sack guy for at least 2-3 years for us. Plus you know he would be a monster vs the Rams if they let him go and they are going to be our biggest competition/biggest rival. Thoughts?

Lol the dolphins always sign good players in FA and when they get there they seem to fizzle out.

Rams trading Robert Quinn to Miami for a mid-round pick, and the teams also are swapping late-round picks. So trade looks as it will involve three picks and one player.

Rams get Miami's 2018 4th and 6th round picks.

Meh he's got a cap hit of like $12 million this yr and next, plus giving up picks. If he was cut and you could reword a deal sure

I don't mind. The problem is the Rams probably do. So long as it isn't a 1st or 2nd. I think we would've made a play for him if he was released. I am legit sad because there went our chance for getting a 3 down RDE for this year.

So all LA got was a 4th and a swap of late picks. That certainly is not a lot for former All Pro. Of course back problems can hurt value a lot.

there was a report of a lot of teams in discussions or interest. But if the dolphins were the highest bidder, than damn those injuries might be more serious than thought
