I'm curious who you'd rank above him. There's the usual 5 or 6 guys, but then there's a good argument that he's right there with the other handful of guys
In no particular order (the numbers are just to help me count)

1. Brown
2. Jones
3. OBJ
4. Evans
5. Hill
6. Cooks
7. M Thomas
8. Green
9. K Allen
10. Hopkins
11. Robinson
12. L Fitz
13. D Adams

This was honestly closer than I thought it'd be.

I know you said numbers don't count but having Hill or Cooks there above Hopkins is a crime.

He did note - no particular order.
Hill and cooks aren't better all around wrs than Landry, that's a drunk list.

Nyniner85 happens to be a professional d coordinator btw. So Landry isn't worth top dollar at his young age.

Yah, let's not make this personal or you won't be posting here very long.

(under this SN at least)
Hill and cooks are the type of wrs that will catch you one pass to the house, that doesn't give them top 10 status for one- 9 route.
Saying he's a d coordinator is a compliment perhaps?

I honestly don't think it's remotely close between Hill and Landry. Hill does everything he does with Alex Smith at QB. Vs Cooks I guess you could make an argument but Landry leads the NFL in % of receptions within 5 yards of the LOS. He wracks up Rec #'s on short, low upside plays. He had 112 receptions and didn't even get 1,000 yards. That's insane.

Let's ignore Landry's numbers in previous years before his starting QB went down and Miami had to bring Jay freaking Cutler in out of retirement. Let's also ignore how Miami used him this season in the short passing game because they were absolutely awful at running the ball.
The dolphins offense was atrocious this year, that being an understatement. It all starts with the QB play as us niner fans can relate to the differences.
Not many posters in here have actually seen Landry play it seems, being on the dolphins I guess that makes sense.
I'm signing Jarvis Landry and trey Burton (red zone te), mix those two with Taylor, Goodwin, kittle, Bourne and garçon if healthy. Wow!

Can't forget Celek time either!

Burton/kittle/Celek would be disgusting in the red zone also because of blocking ability

His career ypc is well below average...and historically WR's put up big numbers with Cutler (see Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffery). He's not great but he's not a conservative game manager. For context, Tyreek Hill almost doubled Landry's ypc #'s this year and he wasn't even top 10 in the league. Again that's with Alex Smith as his QB.

I'm not saying Landry is a bad player. I just don't think he's worth anything close to what he's going to be paid.

You're only going to be as good as your team and QB. You mention Alex (who by virtue had some really huge games this year statistically), yet they're both tied to Andy Reid and please don't try comparing the Chiefs and dolphins offense as if they were in the same breath. Don't.
Tyreek Hill is a better version of say Percy harvin, he's a gadget player. He'll catch you 3-4 balls only for 100 yards because one play broke for 80. He's the type of player that disappears for 2-3 quarters but you'll remember that one big play.

Please don't compare that to a wr who's around all game long playing with jay cutler and Matt Moore.
