Im not advocating it, But i would bet our #9 would get it done with no additional compensation.

The rams have #23, no other pics this year get them to #9 value. Only thing stopping us would be someone drafting before us offering up their 1st.

Agree, we will not give up #9. Especially given the massive contract that will have to follow.

They're not doing a top 10 pick straight up. If the Rams are offering #23 and a future 3rd... they can have him. I would not be willing to match that purely in draft comp.

I think they'll do a deal in the next week or so. Used the owners meetings to get the word out and assess his market value. Let execs get back to the office and out of the media fray. Let 2-3 finalists bid it out over the next week. Hard to imagine this being drawn out longer than the draft.

Please god no.... this reminds me of when the zone wanted Josh Gordon a few years back before he was out of the league and came back. OBJ doesnt want to change his lifestyle and he is a cancer to team unity and motivation by all accounts.

He loves football but the conflict of interest with his brand and his twitter account make me think he is gonna start Manziel'ing his way out of being one of the top WR's in the league. Who knows he could be like Gronk and pull it off, but more likely he goes the route of Jeremy Shockey who had all the talent to be the "best" TE in the league but partied his way to just being a "good" player after his first contract.
