Great for everyone. But I think the thought behind this is they're promoting him to keep happy and saying look, you're really one step away from being a GM, it could be for us ... Could be for someone else. Hopefully the pay increase is somewhat close to a rookie GM's so he doesn't leave for any opening and is perfectly happy being Trents&Kellys right hand man. Also, seems like the perfect bridge between both men which is hugeeeeeee in terms of keeping the foundation strong from GM to HC.
