Nevermind a deep threat, the biggest priority should be having a physical WR who can take on Sherman and Browner.
Our running game/pistol/current crop of WR when healthy should be more than enough to score on every team out there. The only match up I worry about is the one with the Seahawks. If they're gonna be beating up 49ers WR's all day, need someone to smack em back.
My dream would be Anquan Boldin, but he's still under contract. Does anyone else fit that mold? Tough, strong, physical WR?

Da'Rick Rogers out of Tennessee Tech, teams pretty much just said f**k it and stopped trying to press cover him, too physical, too strong.

Keenan Allen of Cal is another one that is pretty physical.
Generally though I think you beat really physical corners such as Browner, through quickness, not by out-muscling them, you beat them off the line, make good cuts, gain separation as bigger cornerbacks tend to struggle more moving their hips.

Good points, I completely agree. I also think there's something to be said mentally about having someone physical lining up against Sherman and Browner, letting them know that it's not gonna be easy.
Thanks for the info on the Allen and Rogers, will check them out.

Da'Rick Rogers would be a huge steal if we could get him in the late 2nd or beyond. Keeping my fingers crossed on that.

I do agree, having a strong, physical presence at WR is never a bad thing...ask Atlanta and Baltimore.

You get bigger WR's...not much in that regard in FA, but there are two guys at Tenn who'd fill that bill, Justin Hunter and Cordarrelle Patterson. Both are big and can fly. You also can upgrade TE position in terms of receiving...Ertz would work for that. But, even with all those picks, it'd be hard for Baalke to upgrade WR, TE and DL early on. Still, I'd say if we come out of the draft with 6-8 blue chippers, TB will have done his job. It's doable...but will take some shrewed wheelin' & dealin'.
