Oh course it wasn't, as is policy to some of you guys, it's NEVER the players fault....

No it can be the players fault, but some of us would rather retain our judgement until after an investigation has been done rather then crucifying him based off of a tmz report.

So, basically saying that a guy that is already facing a league suspension and should be smart enough to keep his nose clean during the offseason and manage to get through airport security without incident and not saying the word bomb classifies as "crucification"???


No but the constant calling for him be cut as an example does. Especially not knowing the entire story, being the details of any sort of investigation have not been released, only reports from a gossip site.

The TMZ video I saw didn't convince me. Perhaps I don't know well enough what he looks like. But the view was of a large black guy but his head is turned mostly away during the video.

In the TMZ video you can clearly hear him say "I am Aldon Smith".
