I blame Dixon he's a bad influence and should be cut.

I'm stepping out for most of the evening, so I figured I would open up one more thread for Aldon Smith discussion. The latest news comes from Bay Area Sports Guy, who has a source that told him Aldon Smith and Anthony Dixon were out partying at a San Francisco night club last night.

Best thing to do is let the legal system and NFL do their jobs. I'm sure Harbaugh is extremely disappointed, but his job is to win games. Suspending players and jeopardizing the entire team when it's not necessary is not smart. Many jobs are on the line because of these games. You have to win as much as possible if you want to stay employed.

Cannot express how disappointing it is that my beloved 49ers are being so completely irresponsible and insensitive to the realities here. The kid is at the least a dumbass and at worst has a serious problem. Stop sullying the proud history of this team by acting like nothing about this situation is wrong.

I'm very disappointed in the bay area police for not sweeping this under the rug he's an all pro linebacker for the 49ers. had this happened in Green Bay they would have handled it.

In Green Bay, the whole darn place is all Packers fans. In the Bay Area, they might be Raiders fans or not even care about football.

Yea the team should step up and suspend him now. They didn't do anything to him the 1st time, so he probably feels he can get away with it. That call from Roger won't be nice.
