This is what coach calls one of those "hat backwards guys" Someone who is perfectly content standing on the sidelines with his hat backwards and never getting to play. Not a bad way to make a living. A few million a year.... some guys just don't want it and sometimes teams don't cue in on that during the draft process

Yeah I feel like there are guys that love to play football and it is their passion to earn a living doing something they love. Leinart is someone who happens to be talented at something that he is not passionate about. He just is good enough to be an NFL player. I would assume if he wanted it more he would devote himself to being a starter somewhere.
