The Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins are dark horses in this matter as well. I doubt any AFC team finishes worse. So yeah your right but who knows maybe the Colts finish dead last....
Colts + kerry collins are good for at least 7 wins, with some luck they get 8. Plust their division minus the texans is just as bad as ours now.
Worst records this year imo.
1. bills- Even if Fitzpatrick does good, I don't think they can pass on luck.
2. bengals- They have Dalton, but same as the bills, can you really pass on luck when your qb situation isn't 100% set?
3. broncos- Have orton, and tebow, and will prob not be looking for a qb.
4. Dolphins- Will probably go for luck if available, but I don't see them jumping up.
5. Panthers- Got scam newton.
6. Redskins- Maybe
7. Seahawks- After tjax flames out, they will def want luck or barkley.
So I'm hoping someone else grabs luck, (please redskins) but I feel he will end up in our division.
Especially with the new rookie salary caps limiting the 1st round contracts, there will be MUCH less of a barrier or issue picking the same positions in back to back years with your 1st rounder.

No maybe's here Luck will be a clear cut selection if the opportunity presents itself.
