Would you be comfortable with those options as the 3rd QB? Two undrafted rookies?

It may be just my opinion, but I would think it would be in the best interest of the team to get an experienced 3rd QB.

If we get to the 3rd QB, we are in trouble anyways. I am hoping they run with 2 QB's to allow a skill position one more roster spot!

I'm pretty confident we'll get one. They want Masoli at RB and McBLT (love that nickname) is a camp body.

lol, I think it's just a little bit more likely we would need a 3rd QB. How many times has Alex lasted 16 games, whether it be due to injury or performance issues?

As for the comment regarding using the extra roster spot on another position, you should know that the new CBA includes an extra roster spot on gamedays for a 3rd QB...

Trading for Josh Johnson is still a possibility but wouldn't give more than a 7th for him. Otherwise, go with a young guy.

Here is what is left I think:

Todd Collins (CHI)
Brodie Croyle (KC)
Jim Sorgi (NYG)
Charlie Frye (OAK)
Troy Smith (SF)
J.P. Losman (SEA)

And we have for RB's... Gore, Dixon and Hunter. Masoli is probably PS QB or RB.
