Thank God. Franklin was the one 49ers FA I wanted to keep. f**k Lawson, Clements 'cause he wouldn't take a pay cut, and f**k goldson.
We need to keep Franklin because our Run D has been solid and we can't afford to have both a s**tty Run D and Pass D.

If we do get Franklin back, what about Soapaga? McDonald is making starter money now, so I doubt he would be happy going back to the part-time role he was in before.

Exactly. We get Franklin then what? Talk about a good plan Baalke. lol I am glad though that we're talking to him. It just sucks that we just paid Mac starter money now.
