What a slap in the face this team is laying on the fans, was it not clear last year when the entire stadium burst into boo's as we are all sick of this teams subpar performance. Trent and team need to wake up as its going to be hard to accomplish any financial goals without the support of the fan base. Maybe I should mail my DIRECTV bill to team headquarters and charge them to be a fan. I can't believe Jed York with his football pedigree would allow this to happen. He's been a part of this organization ever since he was a kid. His uncle gave him every chance and opportunity to witness a winning franchise from a front row perspective, looks like York’s only take away from the experience was learning how to keep the Gatorade cups filled. I hope the fan base sends a clear message this season, as there are much nicer places to go to watch a subpar team get there ass kicked. Shame on the 49ers and shame on us as fans if we continue to tolerate this slap in the face.

Please.
Oh, and wrong forum.

This is a blessing to me anyways. I just want Floyd, Guard, Center, and possibly Carlos Rogers and just be done with the offseason. The Jets and Eagles are setting themselves up for a huge dissapointment to their organization and fans if they do not make it deep in the playoffs and possibly the Super Bowl.
That isn't part of the plan bro.

1st of all its not just about Plaxico Buress its about the lack of effort to upgrade our roster. Lets focus for a second around whats happening in our division as each of our direct competitors have made some sort of splash in free agency as we remain quiet. I'm all for Harbaugh coming in and taking the reigns. I do believe the team will be coached and be fundamentaly better as a result of his ability and presence. The fact of the matter though is he's only going to be as good as the level of the fielded talent. For the most part we are asking Harbaugh to make chicken salad out of chicken s**t. Look at our defense for example Spencer fell off significantly last year and who's on the other side this year???? Say what you want but I think as fans if you continue to drink the new regime Kool Aide you like I at some point will be ranting right along side me. I ultamtilty will always love the 49ers, and I appreciate everyone of you on this site, as its been us as true fans sticking together thats made the last 10 years bearable. I just hate the reality that is ultamtiley goinig to be this season and thats another year of wanting the next year to be here. Still think as a fan base we need to send a clear message that we're sick and tired of the same bulls**t year in and year out.

The current roster is good for about a 2-14 season so yeah they need to do something soon.

No, it's about years and years of losing and putting a substandard product on the field. In some years past, it was due to mistakes. This year, there appears to be a conscious effort to be non-competitive in the NFC West where other teams have improved and we have gone to great effort to go downhill.
