Rodgers calls James Jones 'priority No. 1'
Rodgers lobbied for Jones' return in the strongest terms imaginable.
"James is extremely talented and he's a guy that I think we need to bring back without a doubt," Rodgers said. "He should be priority No. 1 and I mean that with all my heart. He really should be priority No. 1. We don't win the Super Bowl without him and we need him."

He's had some timely drops, but he's loaded with talent. I'm surprised he hasn't signed with anyone yet. It makes me think he's slowly trying to work something out to stay in GB. That's the best fit for him anyway.

I heard a rumor (only a rumor, no link) that Chicago was looking at him. That was a couple of days ago though. I agree that GB is prob. the best place for him but I think they drafted a WR.

I heard the 49ers were interested in him, but it was only to satisfy the FA 49er rule.

Really...well you should be scared by all of our WRs then...not too mention our QB, who has "small hands"

Why would jones go back to gb to their 3rd or 4th wr when he should be a #2 somewhere.

Because being a #3 with Rodgers throwing will get him more looks than being a #1 with Smith throwing.

"somewhere" I didn't realize the 49ers was his only choice. I personally don't want him.

He will be there # 2 once driver is out the picture. Problem is Nelson stepped it up and they drafted Cobb in the 2nd round
