The Jets are "closing in" on a deal with free agent CB Antonio Cromartie, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
We'll be interested to hear the contract numbers on this one. After losing out on Nnamdi Asomugha, the Jets were desperate to bring back Cromartie. i think best bet is to sign carlos rogers and some other 2nd tier cb and take our hits this year in our secondary and hopefully try to rebuild next year

Why would he leave the Jets for the 9ers? $$$?
