Carr is a downgrade from Clements... Spencer is better than him IMO... If we're gonna cut Clements can we at least use that money for some decent players?

Carr would be a great replacement for Brown as nickel back. He got roasted with the Ravens numerous times last year as a starter. Josh Wilson was the better of the two.
