So I guess Plax is visiting Santa Clara today, wow a move.
If we can sign Buress and Cromartie or any CB that's comparable I'll be happier.
Depending on what they want, I'd hate to throw the bank at them when we would use the money much more wiser. I'd rather us sign and press hard to get Olin Kreutz.
I don't know man. I know Kruetz is a veteran but everytime I think of him, I think about him getting run over by Haynesworth. Have you seen that? I guess he's better than any center that we have now so we'll see how that goes.

I guess the 49ers are kind of like the Rooney Rule.
Every free agent has to show interest with the 49ers before they can sign with another team.

Per Rotoworld as of this morning:
The Bears remain in discussions with free agent C Olin Kreutz.
Kreutz's agent has been trying to drum up a market for his 34-year-old client's services, but it remains unlikely that anybody will decide they need him more than the Bears. On the chance he does end up elsewhere, the Bears would likely shift Roberto Garza to center and Lance Louis to right guard.

According to ESPN Chicago's Michael C. Wright, the Bears are "unlikely" to re-sign free agent C Olin Kreutz.
There had been hints that negotiations between the two sides had not been going well, but it was still assumed that Kreutz would ultimately be back in the Windy City for a 14th season. If he indeed is not, Roberto Garza, who has not started a game at center since 2005, would be the man to move to the middle for the Bears.

He'll probably sign with the Eagles.

LOL. It's our "patience" strategy. Wait until the players we have interest in become entirely undesired by anyone else and then we swoop in and acquire the reject.

So far, the best news all day is that a guy we want isn't signing with another team.

Ok, would you rather see Adam Snyder or Olin Kreutz?
