In my opinion, If we sign Olin Kreutz, I get the feeling we'll be looking for a smaller, more agile offensive line.

I think already are.

Kreutz is a pipe dream.

Kruetz is definitely not a downgrade from Baas. We have had Baas for years and he's shown close to nothing until last year. I don't see how that makes him better than a vet with a ton of experience who can definitely still play.

Chris Chester is a guy I would like the 49ers to take a hard look at in free agency.

He's a spot starter guy at OG and C for the Ravens. He isn't the most overly strong OL, but he's a good tactician - perfect for the WCO system.

Chester competes with Wragge at C, Snyder starts at RG, and the rookie OLs and UDFA Beeler can compete for the other backup spots.

Good call on Chester. I liked him coming out of the '05 draft.
Looks like Barry Sims is in the buildin
Seahawks get Sidney Rice and we are looking at Olin Kruetz.

Hey, how'd you get all three of those little blue guys to do the same thing at the same time? I got these yellow dudes, but they just do whatever they want.

Umm we just loss out on David Baas and loss Eric Heitmann yet again for the year, maybe for his career. I can't see how this is a bad move.

Sydney Rice to center
This would be a great signing. Didn't he get suspended for breaking a teamates jaw a few years back though? We need that around here. Would love to see Adam Snyder get punched in the face.
i would rather ink Shaun O`hara after the Giants OFFICIALLY release him today.
Looked on NFL.com and Olin has started at least 15 games every year since 2001, most years starting all 16. Looks like dude is durable.
