I can see what Niners let him go, they are probably looking to start N. Bowman and Spikes would be unhappy with less playing time.

In addition, who knows if Spikes can hold up for another season. I really don't want to see another Derek Smith out there again in a 49ers uniform.

Did you see what they typed about Smith? Man never seen rotoworld trash a bust like that before. Jags got the MLB they wanted. Friday should be a great day imo.
