I think anyone is an upgrade over rachal. Honestly though I really don't want to see snyder or rachal starting so hopefully we can find someone...

EDIT: On second thought, bringing this guy to SFO would kill two birds with one stone for the large contingent of 'zoners who hate Alex AND Chilo. It would get rid of Chilo up front, and probably send Alex into retirement with a career-ending injury not long afterwards...
