I think if he takes the rest of the season off and retrains, he should get work next season. But he might be trying to rush back too soon right now. Even if he's healed, his body isn't in playing shape for sure.
I also think the 49ers should look long and hard at bringing him back.

He could come in and be effective, no doubt. But who would be going to the practice squad though? I'd take him because I think he's not this "cancer" guy any more. Give him the vet salary, and tell him to be on his BEST behavior. Check his stats, he put up good numbers last year. The Bungles were good last year, but just couldnt win games. I watched the game against pittsburg last year and pitt was lookin real weak.

I mean Crabs/Edwards/T.O/Gin/ Williams sounds like a strong WR core..

Warrant issued for T.O
If Terrell Owens' biggest problem was the fact he couldn't find a job, life would be grand. But now he's got bigger problems than his unemployment. As TMZ reports, a California judge has issued an arrest warrant for Owens after he failed to show up for a child support hearing. We told you a few days ago that Owens had asked to reduce his child support payments, because he's not making as much money today as he was before. Therefore, he can't pay as much in child support. Or none at all, as Monique Reynolds, who is taking Owens to court for back payments, claims in court.

Envious fans considerably worse.
In any case, it appears that TO can't afford to make the payments, and had asked for reductions.
And we also saw why he was trying (pretty desperately) to get work. Pretty sad. Guy is being bled dry by the worthless leeches surrounding him.

I'm not envious of having child support payments, not having a job or having a warrant

Right because if you wanted to, you could have TO's job or any of his accomplishments in a heartbeat?
Tell me with a straight face that you could do better.

I'll tell you with a straight face I'd rather be me than TO. No doubt.
