I'd rather have T.O as well but the bottom line is we have to get Alex more weapons.

You mean Kaepernick?

No, Alex

The team is done building the team around/for alex smith

I wouldn't mind signing Alex to a 3-year deal. This should be time enough to coach up Kap, ala Aaron Rodgers behind Favre. But, keep the competition going in every TC.

New York Daily News reporter Manish Mehta posted a story Monday, citing unnamed sources as saying the Jets might add Moss if they fail to re-sign either Holmes or Braylon Edwards, whose contract also is up.

Moss is 34 years old and running out of options to prolong his career. Two teams dumped him last season. The New England Patriots traded him. The Minnesota Vikings waived him. Moss then failed to make an impact with the Tennessee Titans.

Moss would be cheaper to sign that either Holmes or Edwards, but would be a decent insurance policy to keep an impressive supporting cast around young quarterback Mark Sanchez.

I think he would give Crabtree bad habits (on and off the field)........no thanks......

You mean like not showing up for training camp or playing in pre-season? Oh wait...

I do agree though, Crabtree is already diva enough - he doesn't need any lessons from another one to make it worse!
