If we had a good QB, I would agree with you. But we dont. How did Moss do in Oakland? Second time in Minnesota? Tennessee?
He was awful in all three spots that he played that didnt have a stud QB. And those three QBs were all better than what we have.
So again, no thank you.
You have a good point, however we have no break away type receiver in our team and the ones that we have, can't catch the ball or can't run the routes properly. I still would give him a chance.

i dont get why people wont take a chance on him he will come cheap and at the very worst he is a physical deep threat that will take double teams away from vernon davis

randy is old and has no effort unless hes with the pats. not interested. say what u will about T.O. but he gives 100% no matter where he is. if were comparing two old almost done receivers, T.O. is way better. still dont want him tho unless he realizes hes not the #1 anymore and thats something he will never understand

Randy Moss is done. We would be foolish to sign him simply based on what he did with the raiders, a team without a real shot at a ring.
On the contrary, TO is better than half of the number ones in the league right now. Someone tell me who the seahawks, rams, 49ers, raiders, broncos, pats, bears, browns, jags, titans have that is better than TO

I'd rather have T.O as well but the bottom line is we have to get Alex more weapons.

i think hes lost a step in speed but hes still physical and gets open. dont know if id say hes even better than our top guys, i think consistency and coaching have been the problem with our young receivers.

Yeah you're right! We have Alex back in the fold hopefully this will motivate Crabtree.
