Our biggest needs, Starting CB, Vet QB, FB, RG and a NT
So, I would do this
Bulger, Nnamdi, Dahl, Franklin, Lawson, Golson and McDonald(Those 3; Goldson, Lawson and McDonald re-signed as RFAs under same rules as 2010, if not then just McDonald)
Then FB, Leach. And we're set till 2012 draft when we can get a pure CB and NT, and if lucky maybe instead get Luck, but doubt it.

which teams will try to land Franklin? which 3/4 team need a starting NT and will value him more than the niners? he's probably the most important free agent this off season and probably one the more difficult to keep.

Given that Nnamdi and Joseph will be in high demand, what about Ike Taylor (Pittsburgh) as a fall back plan?

Randy Moss and Chad Johnson are likely to be FA's -- not saying bring them here -- but I wonder about where they might end up. Lots of teams needed WR's out there.
Steve Smith reportedly wants to be traded, too. Who'll pick up these fellas?
Chicago, Oakland, St. Louis, Seattle, Carolina, Arizona, Cleveland, Houston, Jacksonville, San Diego and Minnesota could all use another receiver.

I'm sorry, I have to disagree with you on some of this. Manny led the team in hurrys sacks and rarely played on passing plays. He also was one of if not the best in making plays behind the line of scrimmage and accomplished all of this while playing next to SOAP who gets no penetration. SOAP is the weakest link here and is the most over paid DL on the team. I don't care if he is the strongest and I totally disagree with the thought that his role is to simply occupy blockers. JS's performance negates that position. Manny preformed very well given who he was playing next to and this team does not have enough talent to simply let him walk.
Golston on the the other hand is an entirely different story. He does not excel at anything. He does not play the pass well and is a terrible tackler. He does not have the speed to recover and I can not think of one quality team where he would start. Let him walk..no run as this team needs a better play maker at safety; even more so that CB; imo.
As far as QB, Alex is again going to be given an opportunity to live up to his draft selection. The major difference this time though is that there will be a back-up in Kap who can make plays if/or when Alex falters. So, I don't think that there is a need to go after a veteran QB here.

my reasoning behind not re-signing manny is the money, he is not worth what he wants which is in the Calvin Pace numbers, 35-40M+ with 20M of it guaranteed atleast.
Manny is NOT a sack artist, he is good, but not great. And i agree If i had my opportunity Sopoaga would of been gone after 2009. I don't like him, he is not a good player, he is average.

Who are Arizona and Seattle going to have at QB?
There are a heck of a lot of options for teams needing a QB. Some less feasible than others. But I mean..
Kevin Kolb
Marc Bulger
Vince Young
Donovan McNabb
Hasselbeck
Kyle Orton
Carson Palmer
Miami, Arizona, Seattle, and Carolina could all use a new starter for at least just this year, and it could be interesting if all of the players who would need to be traded stay (Palmer, Orton, Kolb), because we could see something like this..
Bulger to Arizona.
Hasselbeck back to Seattle.
McNabb to Carolina.
Young to Miami?
