Remember how every major sporting news source was writing us off in the Harbaugh frenzy?
Yeah, I'm not writing us off this time, either.

Did anyone bring up how Nnamdi wants to start preparing for his after football career of being an actor? So he probably wants to be on one of the coasts for that. Hopefully he doesn't get sick of football and leave early to go do that.
Either way.... losing Lawson, Franklin, Baas, etc I'm not so sure we are that much better off than we where last year even with Nnamdi. Only improvement would be the coaching staff but have little time to install. Overpaying Goldson wouldn't make me feel better either. I'd rather let him go, use Mays/Smith and use the money elsewhere. Funny how it seems like our number 1 priority has been Alex who was a lock and Goldson when there where better defensive players to focus in on. At this rate getting Joseph or Nnamdi is the only thing to keep us on par otherwise we have taken a step backwards.

Remember that it's still not known if this coaching staff is any good or not. A lot of hype but we deffinately dont know yet.

Best news I have heard this offseason after the lockout was lifted.

If we sign this guy I will cream in my pants and forgive the Niners for all their stupid moves so far.

Trying not to get my hopes up.....but that's hard not to do! Hope we can seal the deal - would turn around our offseason really quickly.

I would ecstatic - that being said, we still need Franklin.
