Pick the GM: a bargaining chip for Harbaugh

I think the only reason we havent signed a GM yet is because we are gonna tell Harbaugh he can choose the one he's most comfortable with. Lombardi, Baalke, whomever he wants, Harbaugh will get. The GM wont hire the HC, the HC will hire the GM, if he wants to come here. All other HC candidates will get the standard treatment, but Harbaugh will get everything thing he wants, his way. Anybody else think we will offer choice of GM to Harbaugh?
