And I understand that. I understand that he's trying to be a better person and he's becoming a big figure for animal rights, but like I said, people don't forget. If he hadn't gotten caught, he'd still be running it and killing dogs.

You're right, I don't. But why would he stop? Do you remember seeing his house? All the stuff that he had setup from the places he hung his dogs and places he trained the dogs to attack. He invested a lot in his dog fighting arena. Plus, he was around the wrong crowd. He made money on the side for all this. I don't see why he would have stopped if he hadn't gotten caught.

he did his time, but is still a monster that has no business in an professional organization that prides itself on family values and being role models. he is a blight on the reputations of all that are on the field with him.

There's a big difference between a barfight or someone doing pot and running an illegal gambling/dog fighting ring dude. If you can't see that then just...

The difference between them is that Vick is a monster that sadistically enjoyed torchering, mutilating, and killing dogs. Not just Vicious ones, but other peoples family pets that he used to train his beasts on. He does not belong in the NFL.

it's easy to dismiss and say that he did his time, live and let live. if you have seen any of the evidence used in court to convict him you would probably change your mind. because it was straight up evil, and I doubt he would have and qualms about doing the same stuff to other people if he thought he could get away with it. I hope Patrick Willis breaks his neck when we play the Eagles.

I won't let a dead dog lie if this team even hints at picking this s**t heel up.

I see that. My point is that everyone makes mistakes.

I get what your saying, you seem educated on the subject. I'm not gonna judge him, my fingers are dirty. Ive been to a few chicken fights, I bet on a couple, IDK if i would consider myself a monster though. As for Pat breaking his neck that's a little evil, maybe a foot or finger.

look everyone makes terrible decisions in life, but if they do theit time and move on then you really cant dislike them
I'd love to have him on our team.
I like quarterbacks that complete more than 50% of their passes. At some point Vick will have to make plays with his arm and he's just not smart enough to do it.

Never has never will.

The guy will be a starting QB again, let him take his freak show to somewhere else. He'll run like a wild man win a couple of extra games, but in the end if you can't consisantly pass the ball out of the pocket defenses are way too good to let them beat you. That act will work against Detroit. It won't work against Rex Ryan.

Sorry, that just doesn't change my mind. Like I said before, I'm glad that he's turning his life around and that he is becoming a big figure for animal rights, but the facts remain and after watching the documentary on Vick's dog fighting operation, I don't think I can cheer for him on the football field.
