What does that mean? The 49ers have had nothing but crappy QBs for years. The last good one being Jeff Garcia, and I don't think Vick is better than him.

Some people drink the kool-aid too quickly on these gimmick QB's. I haven't seen a Vickesque QB win anything, let alone a Super Bowl.

How did Vick do tonight? He put his team in position to win but the f**kin' kicked missed a gimme FG. He also threw a perfect pass to the TE who stepped outside on the 2pt. conversion - which would have made it a 3 pt game - and Vick wouldn't have to force the ball on the last play.

Up until last couple weeks, he was a true MVP contender. I'm not sure how many Vick games you have seen this year, but he is a QB who is damn good pocket passer and a great runner.

He didn't HAVE to force anything on the last pass of the game, they still had almost a minute left in the game and it was 1st down. They rush to the line and he made an ill advised pass to someone covered very well. He pulled a Favre. He made a throw he didn't have to make and ended a game because of it.

He is not a "damn good" pocket passer. When you restrict his movement he struggles, that is why he had a 79.9 QB rating tonight.

I would love to have Vick, but most likely he'll be tagged by Philly. But I am on his bandwagon though... Threat to run out the backfield, Out of this world athleticism, not the best when it comes to short and intermediate throws, but throws the deep ball with laser accuracy. Only problem is: we don't have a deep threat on our team.

Mcnabb looks like he was a product of the system. The above poster was saying the team couldn't have made the playoffs without Vick, when clearly he took over a playoff team

LOL...his QB rating for the season - 100.2

Only twice his rating was under 90 in a game this season. In 7 games, he rushed for less than 50 yards. In 5 games, he rushed less than 40 yards.

Anyway, I'll take the words of Steve Young over your imagination. He might know a little bit more about QBing than you.

I'm very disappointed about the loss but if i had to do it all over again I wouldve done the same thing !

the strangest thing about the play was the WR he threw it to. Who was that guy and why would you trust him so much?

The other weird thing was there was still a lot of time left before throwing a pick

He still has some growth to do as far as decision making, but the Eagles didn't do much to address the pressure teams were getting on Vick the last few weeks of the season. If he continues to work in the offseason and decision making, and the team makes better adjustments to what defenses are throwing at them, the Eagles will be even more dangerous next year. They also need to get Celek involved more as a safety valve.

Hes referring to not spiking the ball and running a play instead, not the throw, he has said in the article on Yahoo (in regards to DeSean saying it was foolish of Vick to have not spiked the ball) that he made a poor throw to his WR and wishes he could have that back

I personally liked the aggression, had he made a better throw or hit a better/safer target then all would be good in the land of Vick

I want Vick, doubt Philly lets him test the market, but I want him
