I figured when we claimed him that the whole point was that he could learn the offense and be ready by around mid-season to take over as the number two.

i'm on it. Carr is not the answer, and can't even make a play. Troy Smith is a completely unknown quantity. Lets see what he can do.

We really gotta try this kid...watching his highlights on YouTube..he looked like a V. Young/ M. Vick combo! Who cares if he doesn't know the playbook...he's mobile and defenses would have to adjust to this new offensive scheme......
