Bring Marshawn Lynch Home!

With Coffee gone, Dixon too green to be trusted to block, and M-Rob being little more than a special teams superstar, we should make a move for Bay Area native and Buffalo RB Marshawn Lynch. Buffalo wants to get rid of Lynch, with Fred Jackson and CJ Spiller in the backfield.

Buffalo is reportedly looking for a 4th or a 5th rounder for him, so in my mind a conditional 4th makes sense...if he doesn't get x number of carries, it becomes a 5th rounder.

As all us Cal fans know, Lynch is a helluva power back who is perfect for a smash-mouth team. We'd have Gore, Lynch, and Dixon to pound away at a defense.

As an added bonus, Lynch becomes the steal of the year if Singletary can straighten him out.

M-Rob isn't a very good running back, but he is one of the best special teams players in the NFL and will be the 4th running back; neither he nor Dixon can be relied upon to start if Gore goes down.

if they would really do it for a 4th rounder we'd be stupid not to atleast make a call. but any deal will be done after we get a good long look at Dixon tomorrow.

I wouldn't mind Westbrook either, but Lynch is a better fit for our power running offense.

It would be a great fit, but with Fred getting hurt, the Bills might be a little hesitant in trading Lynch.

If we can, I'd looooooooooooooove to get Lynch, and break out some "Beast Mode" in the 49er backfield

We have an extra 4th rd pick next year to (San Diego's). I don't see how the 49ers should not at least make a phone call.

I wanted Lynch before Coffee retired and the draft. But figured we were dead in da water..THIS IS A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY FOR US ......PLEASE DONT BLOW IT 49ERS!..

Gore, Lynch, and Dixon as the 1,2, and 3...........that sounds pretty good to me.

We really need Marshawn Lynch come join us for the 49ers team pls!!!! Lynch is a great RB and smart to play for everything almost but i like it..
