Damn, someone in the NFL has to pick him up.
This is Ryan Leaf status. Maybe worse.

This fool should be interested in anyone who wants to give him a chance to play football. What he needs to do is hop his fat arse on a treadmill and put down them twinkies.

He should head over there. The UFL has the potential to be a AAA version of football, could be good for the game or if nothing else it could make player development at the professional level much easier and faster.
Imagine drafting Nate Davis in the 5th then sending him to our UFL team where he starts for a year. Situations like that could help the overall quality of player that comes into the NFL(after a year or two in the UFL), especially with all the gimmick offenses in the College ranks nowadays.
Of course, most 1-3/4 rounders would make NFL teams, but instead of sending players to the practice squad you'd' actually be able to send them somewhere to play regularly.

That's why it was sad to see NFL Europe go

Agreed. NFL Europe was a great training ground, and it also established a small fanbase for American football over there.
