No to all.....next.

Didn't Shaun Rogers used to be good?
Classic case of a guy with freak ability but has horrrrrible stamina. 2 down player at best and often comes out of games in the 4th quarter. Hes had flashes of brilliance but i dont think hes ever had a truly great, complete season. in 08, he was an absolute beast at shooting gaps and disrupting runs and pressuring the QB, but he free lances too much for a 3-4 NT, thus why the Browns benched him for Athyba Rubin in 09 and 10.

He'd probably cost too much money but sounds like if we could get him as a rotational guy he'd be signable I guess. I don't really want every guy cut by another team, rather draft a back up NT somewhere in the draft. But he has the skillset to play end too I guess if he can get in the backfield, so you could move him around as long as you gave him breaks since he has the stamina of terrance cody. Probably not a good fit, I'd expect a team like NYJ or BMore to land him I guess.

Another vote for labor agreement pessimism . . . this one from Peter King in his MMQB column:

Quote:
4. I think it's fruitless to talk, write and theorize about what teams are going to do in free agency when there's a very good chance there won't be free agency. Folks, this labor fight is going to be a long one. I believe it'll be Labor Day, at least, before a solution is found. Given that scenario, how can the league possibly say: We're playing real games in 21 days, and so you 495 free agents, go spend the next week flying from team to team, finding a home, and sure, you'll be ready to play two weeks after you sign with your new team in a new scheme. Surrrrre.

if a CBA is struck and the Tags are still there the following are likel staying put.

Ngata (Franchise)
Vick (Franchise; EXCLUSIVE)
David Harris (Franchise)
David Akers (Transition)
Uh why are we even talkin about free agency there is no CBA agreement so there is no free agency people mark my words they will sign agreement after march 3rd 11:59pm before the season starts

No surprise but Pittsburgh will place its franchise tag on LB LaMarr Woodley. It has until Feb. 23 to do so.
