s**t i would take him

Yep...he'll be close to league minimum and is worth the risk imo. Would be an upgrade over Dre Bly.

The dude got burnt in Joes vs. Pros.

No thanks. This is Roto though so it's likely false.

No doubt is probably wont happen, but at league minimum or close to it, he has enough talent where it would be worth the risk. Us making a move like like would also show were open to different things if it helps us wi. 2 years ago, we wouldn't even utter his name let alone seriously look at him.

Actually, they're a pretty legit source,

i haven't found one thing they've been false about yet. They are actually quicker to put up signings from teams than ESPN or anywhere else i've seen.

Plus they're just repeating a report from Jason LaCanfora.
f**k that, let's draft Spiller

He will.
Pacman? I was under the impression that he sucked last time he played.
I guess I'd be open to it. Everyone is worth a shot I guess.
According to NFL Network's Jason La Canfora, the 49ers and Lions are showing the most interest in free agent Pacman Jones.
La Canfora also touted the Pacman-to-Detroit scenario in an NFL.com blog post 10 days ago. It's expected that both teams' head coaches (Mike Singletary and Jim Schwartz) will attend Jones' individual workout next Friday.

Well your impression would be correct, that is why dallas cut him, not because of his troubles but because he looked flat out bad.

No it was because he was suspended indefinitely by the league....and the cowgirls were trying to dump their "locker room" reasons for losing late in the year, that year it was Pacman and T.O.

It does say something that Singletary is visiting his "return" pro-day. The secondary needs speed and Jones would add instant speed with experience.

At this point he wouldn't be a major gamble, much like Bly, and maybe Sing thinks he can influence him in a positive way with off the field stuff and help the guy become a man like he did with Vernon.

I say why not? It's not going to make the team worse.
Knowing Scotty's love for mediocre depth players, this could be an instant-signing on the spot (and would likely speed up Walt Harris' 'expected' release).
awwww f**k this......
