RB's dont last long. I hope McClueless knows this because Frank Gore is gonna be declining very soon. Also sometimes the decline is very sudden, this is why we need another RB asap. And no Coffee is not the answer.

Frank has at least two good years left in him. We need to be prepared, but you're exaggerating the need just a bit.

I like to do that, it makes for more entertaining banter.

He may not be the back he was, but for him to be used as a 3rd down back behind AP is still pretty scary...it's not like LT has NOTHING left, although I hate he may go to a team like the Vikings who I now hate thanks to Favre.

I guess he feels he donesn't have it anymore so he'll hide behind AD and a contending football team. IMO his problem was his heart not his talent. When things were awesome for the chargers he was the glory star. When the ship had a little damage his injuries sat him on the bench. I have more respect for former star RB/players that hit a certain age and gets cut from their respected team and goes to a crappy team to start cause they feel they still have it, vs someone who think they still have it, but willing to be a backup.
