Ive always liked Arnaz got his signed rookie card right when we drafted him lol not that it has any value. He led the team in '07 with 600 receiving yards when we finished last in offense, but its definitely time for us to move on wish him luck with the Steelers.

Battle was a great KR at ONE POINT for us, and was somewhat the only descent receiver Alex Smith had throughout his first 2 years.
-But in all honesty, this guy should have been cut 2 seasons ago, and seeing him getting tons of reps/playing-time over guys like Jason Hill (even being offered kick-returns after flaking horribly last season) just shows you how incompetent our coaching staff really is.

Noone said he was horrible but, he wasn't good enough. You guys all think he was good because your comparing him to the other garbage receivers that we had at the time.

A win for Battle, that's for sure. He's going to a much better team where he won't be the scapegoat for a bad offense from their fans. He will be viewed as a veteran to add depth, as opposed to the view some have here...as a failed starter.

agreed. And the "average" tag he has been getting is a little misleading. He was average on one of the worst teams in the league (definitely one of the worst offenses). If you put him on the pats or steelers he would have been a good WR when he was younger.
