Yeah Vasher had some injuries, but to be honest he looked most like he needed a change of scenery......I think our recent CB Signing might stop us from looking at Vasher though.

He had 1 good year mainly due to his surrounding cast that year their D was tops, and then his play fell off and he got Demoted and beat a lot. He had trouble holding to the #3 spot so they cut him. I would not want him unless he could play as our #4 behind Brown

I agree, he doesnt have much of an upside left, I would rather find a kick returner in the draft, plus he wouldnt be much of an upgrade over Bly IMO

In reality they front loaded his contract so much that they have paid him more than half of his signing bonus already. that contract isn't nothing for the skins they are beyond loaded. The reason they aren't spending money is b/c they have some actual leadership in Shanahan. They also want to trade him b/c they going to a 3-4 and he's stated that he doesn't like it at all and he really doesn't fit in that system. Something for Andre Carter who is also upset and could be released. Add to that that Haynesworth is refusing to come and work out in any of the OTA's and I'm sure Shanahan doesn't like that. Haynesworth and Portis both undermined Zorn by just calling and talking with Synder, but that isn't working with Shanahan in charge. Not to mention he was hurt every other down and always had to come out of games. It's more football related and attitude related than money wise.
