Tony P-P-Pashos is on his way to.....

NNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

Oh well. I was hoping he'd resign with us, but he's nothing special.
Trent Williams
Pashos was a stinker much like a lot of our O-line last year(get beat to the Corner much Synder?) let him go we need better players then him anyways

I wouldnt him coming back as a backup.
Not a surprise, if he goes to Washington he will most likely be a starter on the right side, or least get a very good chance to start.
Rather keep Simms than Pashos

Pashos wasn't that good - about the same as Snyder. There was no significant change in line play. He's going to go be with Forester. Wonderful.

Probably no room for him anyway because he would be a back-up. Draft pick, Pashos would be RT only -

Simms and Snyder can play RT in an emergency. There's no need to have 3 mediocre back-up RT on the team. If anything Simms MUST be signed.

SIMMS is KEY!!!

I agree that we should re-sign Simms, but he was absolutely horrible at RT. His signing should not be considered when we're talking about RT imo.
Lol at the hate just because he's interviewng elsewhere. He did not play enough last year to really even evaluate him. I'd like him back; you can never have enough tackles.

This, especially since last season was proof of this.

Also, as lousy as Sims was on the right, he was pretty damn good on the left so I hope the Nines retain him.

Foerster, our old line coach, is now on the Redskins staff, too. I would not be surprised or disappointed if he moves on.

Wow really, I blame our coaches, not our O-line, we've got some talent, and Pashos was better than average.

There's no hate. You can have too many RT if none of them can start (which is why Jacksonville cut him). The draft pick will def replace Pashos. Sims can play some RT in a pinch and LT well. Pashos can't play LT at all and only marginally better than Simms at the position. Pashos>Simms>Snyder at RT but not by much - which is why we're drafting a RT.

What draft pick are u talking about that's going to come in and replace him? The same RT that we have drafted the past 5 years to come in and hold down that spot??? The fact is that nobody knows who the niners are going to draft come april. We all think the niners are going to make the "obvious" choice (RT, pass rusher) but it never pans out that way. I would rather resign Pashos and worst case scenerio, him, snyder, simms, and the hopeful draft pick battle it out and then cut ties with the weakest link. You can NOT have too many anything in training camp (the time to compete) when it comes to a position of need.
