I wouldn't say he is garbage but he is definitely overrated. With that said, I don't want the Niners to go after him. He's decent but not worth the price tag to acquire him.

I think the 49ers should focus (other than a RT) on drafting a legit CB. This draft class is so deep with DBs. I think we need one in the first three rounds.

Okay where to begin, I don't think we need to acquire anyone in FA as far as CB's we already have a more than serviceable bunch, what we need to do is restructure that crappy contract that Clements is raping us with or cut him. We need to atleast give Harris the benefit of the doubt seeing as he was our best corner when healthy, also resign Bly to another one year tender and see what father time has done to him. If possible pick another CB up in the draft and see if we can groom him behind some great veteran players, with a few years to do this with, the guys we have should be able to hold the fort down ,and are not nursing home old yet.

clements contract is not as bad as u think and he is a very good corner well above average and a decent 1 CB
