ooohhh...does that mean they dont get to tag mankins or what was that rule because there is no CBA...regarding having two tags?? was it transitionals or franchise?

there's two tags, so I'm gonna guess that they still could tag Mankins.

Mankins is RFA so they don't have to use a tag on him.
