Crabtree still needs another year or so to "break out" as a dominant receiver. What better way to take the pressure off his back than to get TO in here. Not only will the media totally divert its focus to TO (thus leaving Crabs to develop his game), but Im sure TO can pass on some of the tricks of the trade that he learned from Rice and Co. on to Crabtree.

I still think TO can play at a high level, and unlike Moss...he's a solid slot receiver that can produce YACs. I say we sign him, play him opposite Crabtree......and mopve Morgan to the number 3 spot. Get Bush in here as well, and IF Smith can live up to all this hype.......you may see an offensive explosion by the 2010 49ers.

Seriously every season, we come into the year thinking we have potential but if we don't make the playoffs or we don't win it's because we don't have talent here or talent at this other spot and then we look back at guys who play well for other teams that we didn't sign or draft because of "character concerns" and it doesn't even show up in the NFL. TO can still play, he's big, strong, explosive, and the only way teams shut him down is by doubling him. With Crabtree, VD, Gore/Bush, Morgan they can't do that. It gets single coverage for almost all our guys and we can exploit different match ups. Even at 36 he's still a beast. We could use him and he could come home. Aside from Young(when I was like 7 or 8), TO was my favorite player as a kid lol. Bring him home damnit!!!!!!!!

i had no complaints when he was a niners at all, i loved his attitude he brought to the offense, i remember him punking oakland and charles woodson for like 180 yards, the dude is a stud, and brings energy to any team he is on. He would own marcus trufant every year again lol, oh yeah and dragging mike mckenzie into the endzone in the rain was epic too.

It'll take more than some token kind words about the team that drafted him after he pissed all over the team once to convince me that would be a good idea.

He hasn't caused too much strife in Buffalo but the honeymoon isn't quite over yet. But I can see it starting when I watch Bills highlights. Remember it was all rainbows and daisies in Philly and Dallas too for the first year. Look how that turned out.
